Interactive Children’s Pipe Museum Exhibit contracted by Wonderscape Playgrounds, Abu Dhabi.

The objective was to design a path system for children to learn about the power of air.

Constraints included:

  • 2 blowers, 4 diverters

  • sophisticated, intentional, and balanced design

  • each path should wind across the corner but be clean enough to follow

  • maximize the straight pipe sections

  • consider the supporting grid

  • total path lengths to correspond with city distances and marked clearly with signage

  • safety and accessibility
