Seven locations on a meditative journey to inner peace, elevated energy, and transformative light.

Each piece is a study on how color, motion, and sound communicate with the brain. The series examines variations in visual language to invoke different forms of meditative states.

Though working with limited elements: slow mesmerizing movement, natural environments with architectural features, kinetic light sculptures, and monochromatic color palettes, each piece carries its own distinct emotional resonance. Through this restraint, the work reveals the delicate shifts in emotion that emerge during states of tranquility.

Produced for the Art on AVAX Avaissance Residency, Cohort 1, with mentorship by Emonee LaRussa.

Currently being exhibited at private medical facilities in the US, with Bando Art Gallery, gathering data on the calming effects on the brain.
